The consumer has the right to return the goods within two weeks of receipt. The right to return can only be effected by sending the goods back at the expense of the consumer or, if the goods cannot be sent as a parcel, by request of re-acceptance. In order to keep within the time limit an on-time dispatch is sufficient.

There isn't the revocation-/ right of return at goods, which are made after customer specification or are tailored to the personal needs obviously or which are suitable. This is for instance the licensing of my software for which you have the possibility to test it for four weeks free of charge.
Further there isn't the revocation-/ right of return at the Personal Human Design Ephemeris.

The customer carries the burden of proof for the dispatch of the goods to be returned. The consumer has to provide a value substitute for a deterioration resulted the Ingebrauchnahme as agreed for the product. The consumer may check the product carefully and carefully. The depreciation which leads to it by the use going beyond the pure examination the consumer can be sold, has to carry that the product no more as new. Provided that the consumer has already paid the purchase price, we are authorized to remove the decrease in value of the repayment amount. In the individual case the decrease in value can correspond to the paid purchase price.
