4. Human Design Chart Service
Nature and purpose of processing
The "Free Human Design Chart" page embeds the Human Design Chart Service from Neutrinos Through Design. The service is operated by New Uniwares and loaded within the page in an embedded frame. When you open the page, your browser therefore establishes an encrypted connection to the chart service server.
The Chart Service processes the information you enter in order to calculate and display the Human Design chart and any selected report you request. Technical data is also processed to provide the service securely, detect errors and misuse, and count agreed usage quotas without evaluating the content of the chart information.
Data processed
Depending on your entries and the selected presentation, the following data in particular may be processed:
  • the entered display name,
  • date and time of birth,
  • optionally the selected place of birth, including location and time-zone data required for the calculation,
  • selected chart and report language, chart layout and report scope,
  • where required for ordering a paid report, the email address and order information,
  • technical connection data such as IP address, time, browser information, session identifier and originating domain.
The general chart form does not request an email address. An email address may be required only when a function selected by you, such as ordering a paid report, needs it. Please do not enter any additional confidential information in name or free-text fields.
Legal bases
The calculation and display of the expressly requested chart or report is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to provide the service requested by you or to take pre-contractual steps. Secure technical provision, error analysis, prevention of misuse and quantitative usage control are additionally based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure, functional and economically controllable Chart Service. Where consent is requested for an optional function, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies in addition.
Controller and technical provision
The website newsunware.com and the Human Design Chart Service are operated by New Uniwares / New SunWare, Erik Memmert, Ravenspurgerstr. 20, 86150 Augsburg, email: office@newsunware.com. The chart data is therefore not transferred to a separate external chart operator. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data on our behalf as processors to the extent required for operation.
Sessions, storage and usage statistics
A technically necessary, time-limited session is created when the embedded service is opened. The calculation takes place on the Chart Service server and the result is returned to your browser. The session authorization is generally limited to 30 minutes. Temporarily generated documents and work results are retained only for as long as technically necessary for their creation and retrieval.
For quota and misuse control, the number of chart or report generations assigned to the integration is counted. Technical transaction identifiers, a cryptographic hash of the normalized request and quantity data are used for this purpose. The statistics are not used to evaluate the personality or behavior of users. Independently of this, the participating web servers may process the technical server-log data described above. This data is not combined with chart content to create advertising profiles.
Remembering entries locally
If the "Remember entries" function is enabled, the Chart Service stores the entered form values in the local storage of your browser. These values may include the name, date and time of birth, optional place of birth and selected presentation and language options. The stored values are limited to the device and browser profile used and are treated as expired after no more than 30 days. You can delete them at any time through your browser's website data or local storage settings.
Local remembering is not required for the chart calculation itself. This convenience function is used only after your corresponding selection or consent and can be deactivated for future use by deleting the stored website data.
Paid reports and Stripe
If you order a paid report, the data required for the order, purchase entitlement and payment status is processed. Payment is handled through Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. The secure Stripe checkout receives the payment and transaction data required for the selected payment method. Complete card details are not stored on our servers. We receive in particular technical order and transaction identifiers, payment status, amount and currency, and the contact information required for the order. Processing for the order is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; statutory accounting and retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Further information is available in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
No automated decision with legal effect
The chart calculation and the resulting information are intended solely for personal information. No automated decision within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
